[Openroad-users] App Server Issue

Hi All

We have an issue at a client when we attempt to run an eClient image. The
Image starts to load through the browser, but we then get 3 similar messages
as follows:

App Server parameter <Location> could not be found. (Click OK)

App Server parameter <NameServer> could not be found. (Click OK)

App Server parameter <Routing> could not be found. (Click OK)

And the loading of the Image then stops.

In the 'makecab' utility we have set the Runtime command flags as follows:

-Tyes -/appflags Location=\\HO-HR NameServer=mwp_tna1
Routing=unauthenticated

The OpenRoad Server entries all appear to be working correctly.

There are no useful messages in the log files.

The same images are being used on another site with no problems.

The client is using Open Road 2006 and Ingres 2006 on Windows Server 2003.

Has anybody come across this problem before or can you suggest anything that
may be causing this problem?

Thanks in advance

Darren

Regards

Darren Harvey
