Subject: Network Disconnects

Hi

Hoping somebody else may have come across this issue and have some sage
advice.

We have a site which with the following config in production:

Windows 2000 Sp4 Server, running Ingres Net 2.5/P8918 and OpenROAD
4.1/SP1m running only the Application Server.

Server running EA 2.1/0106 - P9607 and Oracle 9.2 on Sun Solaris 9.

The problem is that the user can run normally for a period of time, and
then they receive the following error on both client & server machines.
The time interval between this occurring is variable.

SBKPRDSC::[II\COMSVR\e6c   , 00000001]: Tue Jul 31 23:55:20 2007
E_GC220A_NRM_RCV_FAIL GCA normal receive failure: reason follows.

SBKPRDSC::[II\COMSVR\e6c   , 00000001]: Tue Jul 31 23:55:20 2007
E_GC0001_ASSOC_FAIL Association failure: partner abruptly released
association

Between the web server and the db server we have the following network
devices:

Cisco 3548 Switch (Version 12.0(5.3)WC(1))
Cisco Pix 525 (Cisco PIX Firewall Version 6.3(3))
Cisco 6509 Sup1a/MSFC Multilayer Switch/Router (Hybrid) CatOS 6.3.9 /
IOS 12.1.19E1
CIsco 6509 Sup1a CatOS 6.3.9

Any one had any similar problems?
