Russell,
Checked ingprenv
II_TEMPORARY is present and the directory can be written to. (We even
tried the old symbol.tbl file from before the reload as well as the one
created during the reload, no dice.)
We see a file being created by the name management utility in the
directory, so permissions shouldn;t be an issue.
We don't see anything in the errlog.log to indicate there is a problem.
I've been going bald, but this one has definitely accelerated the process!
