[Openroad-users] Copy and Paste

I've found having a controlButton field on screen which has 3 menu items
with speedkeys based on sk_cut, sk_paste & sk_copy , but with no code
behind them, will override the defaults but do nothing.   You'll have to
hide this controlButton behind another field, as making it invisible
will stop the speedkeys from firing.
