[Openroad-users] ASCII characters in OpenROAD

How does one embed certain ASCII characters in a popup message ?
 
There seems to be no equivalent in OpenROAD of the ASC() function in
BASIC
 
i.e. Say I wanted a certain ASCII character, such as a quarter sign
(1/4) - Can I do that ?
