[Openroad-users] Ingres NET Crashes

Wouldn't it be a bit of a waste of time to raise this with Ingres if 
they are unwilling to upgrade?  The only possibility is to increase the 
number of iigcc's running and have the cron ensure they are all 
running.  Reduces the impact as only the users on that iigcc would be 
kicked out, but perhaps would make the crashes more frequent.
