[Openroad-users] OpenROAD 4.1/0403 on Linux

I had a crack at LD_ASSUME_KERNEL but couldn't get Ingres/Net to work.  A bit of a problem, and it wasn't a requirement for the project I was on.

Hopefully the next major release of OR will ditch the MainWin dependency for batch (command line) Unix work.  Causes more trouble than it is worth.  Might be some problems with the App Server which was wrongly (sorry, but it's the way I see it) designed to work primarily on Windows.
