I'm not aware of such a function.

Would sTEpHeN mCcULLocH be an acceptable output (as it is UPPER/lower
case mix) ?

Is there a function in OR4.1 sp3 that can convert UPPERCASE to
UPPER/lower case mix. I would like to output name and address details in
this format from data stored as uppercase in the database.

example: STEPHEN MCCULLOCH to Stephen MCCulloch.
