A quick look at the manuals indicates not. If this is input data you
could perhaps force the use of "proper" or "mixed" case by the use of a
template.

Hi All

Is there a function in OR4.1 sp3 that can convert UPPERCASE to
UPPER/lower case mix. I would like to output name and address details in
this format from data stored as uppercase in the database.

example: STEPHEN MCCULLOCH to Stephen MCCulloch.
