[Openroad-users] OpenROAD in Vietnamese

Does anyone know if this is possible?

 

I have managed to get OpenROAD in Thai & Chinese using the "Unicode for
non Unicode programs" settings in Windows Control Panel, but for some
reason Vietnamese does not seem to display properly.
