Hi David,
What I'd prefer with regard to the DAL functionality is that it worked similarly to the way ABF did:

Declare
myvar = type of table mytable;

This meant that if the table definition changed it was automatically included in the system class by the compiler's dependency checking, without needing an additional step.

However, I'd add that even a first pass should include methods to do an Insert (...) values (curobject.*) as well as a repeated insert/values statement, and should also allow subclassing.

Good news on the publicly accessible web site.  Will it include the 4GL source for workbnch.img & the OR 2006 version?
