[Openroad-users] order of event processing

I'm not aware of a change in the event processing order
(apart from some bug fixes for cases where the order was not correct
before -
 you could find them in some release/patch notes).

Hi all, 

I remember a reading of the order of eventprocessing and that this has
changed from OR4.0 to the later versions. But I cant find that in my
archives and in the OR manuals. 
Can anybody give me a hint where to look?
