[Openroad-users] Tooltip text options on OR3.5

Does anyone have any ideas how to create a tooltip text alternative in
OR3.5?
 
- I first thought to create a titlebar-less window when the value is
hovered over, but it doesn't seem to even have MouseEnter style events
either. 
 
It's for a viewport field.
 
(The statustext attribute is not really a viable option).
