[Openroad-users] Ingres Journal Analyzer

Hello,
 
I wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction regarding the
following problem I'm having with the Ingres Journal Analyzer? A Google
search doesn't give me any clues !
 
I'm using the Ingres Journal Analyzer and remote desk topping from a XP
client to a 2.6 IngresII database, but getting the following error
message
 
System error, IJA_QueryDatabaseTransaction, failed to query transactions
 
Does anyone have any experience with the Analyzer, I am filtering the
'after' to be 21st April and the 'before' to be 22nd and only looking at
committed transactions.
