[Openroad-users] Drag and Drop in OpenROAD

Has anyone managed to get OpenROAD to behave as per other MS
applications and 
allow a drag and drop event ?
 
We want to be able to click on an email in Outlook, drag into over a
tablefield in a frame
and have our application insert that file as a long varchar
 
Is it possible ??
